Well established company is looking for a responsible General Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities.Responsibilities:Calculate stock takesReconciliation of monthly reportsAnswer and direct phone callsPlan meetings and take detailed minutesWrite and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and formsAssist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reportsDevelop and maintain a filing systemMaintain contact listsProvide general support to the team
