Finance: budgeting and forecasting, creating interim and annual financial statements, facilitating internal mergers and acquisitions, as well as dealing with analysts and investors.
Support the Financial control function in ensuring the integrity of the General Ledger through completeness and accuracy in recording the financial transactions, assets and liabilities in the books of all WIN legal entities
Recording of Transactions
- Preparation and posting all allocated manual journals and ensuring the review and approval process as per the Journal management procedures is followed
Review of Transaction recording by other teams
- Monitoring the booking of expenditure by the accounts payable department, to ensure that correct books and accounts are utilised i.e. prepayments & accruals
- Transfer of data from source systems to the general ledger on a monthly basis, i.e. payroll
