Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to change is essentialMaintain a log book ensuring the control of staff usage of all power toolsEnsure all activated alarms are recorded in the relevant log bookMaintain a clean and tidy working environment including related areasAnswering of telephones and assist with the resolving of queries.Administrative duties, which includes but not limited to:Ensuring that all invoicing is up to date and sent to Finance timeouslyEnsure Contractor invoices are correct, approved by the Technical Manager and sent through to Finance for paymentEnsure all contractors receive identity badges before commencing work within the hospital.Ensure the Technical Manager is kelp abreast of staff's leave, sick leave or otherAssisting the technical Manager with administrative functions relating to the Technical services DepartmentEnsure critical orders are completed such as gas orders.

Matric/Grade 12Computer literacy on Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet is a pre-requisite
Experience
