Job Description: A leading beverage company that has operations in Africa is looking for a Governance Controller to join their team. The organization has a diverse pan-African footprint with more than 30 plants and over 600 000 outlets and holds the number 1 market position.JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTIONThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining key local policies and narratives for the organization, leading the roll out on control self-assessment and determining the testing methodology of the compliance function. The successful candidate will also be accountable for the design and review of current internal controls. This role reports directly to the Internal Control Manager.
