Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:. Manage the day to day activities for group executives by scheduling meetings, events, and conferences in an efficient and productive manner.. Schedule and manage travel arrangements, visas, currency, etc.. Maintain administration and keep accurate records of files. Type up notes and minutes. The screening of emails and telephonic requests. Organising all logistics for Executive meetings and functions for Group Executives.. Ensures that key dates, significant events and birthdays are highlighted to the Group Executives.. Update and maintain database of key contacts. Handle Group Executive's expense claims. Purchase and sends gifts for to key relationships for significant events
