Job Description: Consolidate the Group’s financial information on a monthly basisInterpret and understand the financial submissions using income statements, balance sheets and cashflowProduce monthly board management accounts with commentary for reviewCalculate the share-based payment charge and maintain clear working papersMonitor and evaluate IT expenditure and capitalise spendProduce the Group and Holding company financial statementsProduce financial statements and supporting working papersDraft memos on significant areas for the Audit CommitteeAct as a key contact for the external audit and manage the process from start-to-end for the half-year review and year-end statutory auditManage the regional financial controllers to provide appropriate deliverables and achieve listed audit timelinesWork with tax advisors to submit the Group entity tax returnsEvaluate current reporting and recommend/implement steps to enhance thisHelp build and maintain the Group’s accounting manual

Responsibilities + Skills

Sound knowledge of IFRS 9, IFRS 16 and ensure the Groups financial information is compliant
