We are looking for somDaily effective use of software and communication tools in making bookings, dealing with arrivals, stayovers, billing and departure of guestsAssist Hotel Management to ensure world-class service is deliveredPerforms daily pit-check, complete daily check list and ensure that all charges are correctly posted and open accounts settledCapture and communicate guest preferences to ensure a world class experienceImprove usage and reduction of consumption of stock without compromising the guest experienceeone who enjoys guest interactions and going the extra mile for their guests.
Responsibilities + Skills
Ability to work independently within the scope of work, without receiving detailed instructions
Excellent verbal and written EnglishProficient use of Microsoft Office Software, and various well-known property management systemsDisplay sense of urgency in meeting guests wishes and needs of the company
Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality or 5* Luxury ExperienceMinimum of 2 years experience in a 5-star luxury hotel in a Front Office operational role
