High end luxury 5* lodge in Timbavati is looking for a Guest / Service Operations Manager. Responsible for overseeing the Service, Administration & Reception Departments. They will work closely with Senior management to ensure the strategy & vision is effectively implemented, ensuring that the Guest experience and offering is of a consistent high standard, looking for new ideas and ways to improve this.
