Transactional Products & Services; This team is constantly working to extend our service capability and product range, consolidating our operations in established markets while expanding and extending in emerging markets. We divide our core capabilities into three product groups – Investor Services, Transactional Banking and International Trade Services.
To lead and manage business development opportunities of the full suite of Transactional Products and Services, South Africa (TPS, SA) products and services, within Corporate Investment Banking (CIB)’s defined risk parameters and regulatory requirements to achieve revenue targets, exceptional client experience and other strategic objectives defined by the TPS Sales strategy.
Define 3-5 year execution strategy for TPS SA Business Development aligned to CIB SA strategy through the analysis of macro-economic factors, share of wallet, growth of existing clients, exploration and identification of new clients. Cascade strategic objectives and targets into Business Development plans to maximise revenue and profitability whilst driving client experience.
Set, own and drive delivery against TPS, SA Business Development budget, profit targets and revenue targets, contributing to the balance sheet and income statement ensuring target realisation. Monitor and control expenditure against approved budget and reconcile budget variances to ensure on-target performance.
