ob Details Risk Management: understanding all risks – from the economic to the political – that could affect our global business, and offering guidance to all parts of the bankJob PurposeTo manage the business customer support, rescue and recoveries function for PBB SA Credit across segment and product (this includes Wealth, Commercial Banking and Universal Capabilities).Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesClient:Develops the business collections strategy in conjunction with PBB SA Credit Lending Products.Develops the business collections tactics in alignment with PBB SA Credit objectives.Facilitates the development and design of 2 to 3 year business plans covering tactical objectives, project priorities and improvement initiatives for business customer collections.Executes changes in operational processes based on impact analysis and trends.Remains abreast of technology available for customer contact strategy (i.e. outbound, inbound omni channel and voice recorder).Adheres to all PBB Risk toolbox requirements to reduce risk and enhance client experience.
Responsibilities + Skills
Provides input to PBB SA Credit leadership for technical competencies.Identifies current and potential employee skill requirements in consultation with the Human Capital function and puts relevant development plans in place (e.g., training, rotation, on-the-job learning). Ensures that development opportunities are budgeted for and execute
Together with Finance, ensures that financial mandates are in place for own area and ensures that the mandates are reviewed at least on an annual basis.
