We also offer market insight, trading services, analytics and new financial products across a number of asset classes.Job PurposeTo lead the design and implementation of the Global Markets (GM) digital strategy to enable digital organisational transformation initiatives that support organisational growth, digital sustainability, commerciality and enable competitive differentiation in the market.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesStrategy developmentIn partnership with the Head, Global Markets (GM) lead the development and ongoing evolution of the GM Digital strategy and roadmap.Strategic enablementDrive the implementation of the GM Digital roadmap, together with relevant internal stakeholders, translating it into annual business plans and transformation initiatives, ensuring vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing strategies to deliver the GM digital strategic objectives.Lead the digital transformation of the GMProvide subject matter expertise and counsel to the Head GM and senior leadership team and serve as the GM executive sponsor for digital transformation and innovation, enabling long-term relevance and competitiveness of the business.
Responsibilities + Skills
A Masters degree in a relevant field of study or an additional qualification(s) in digital transformation is preferred.
Bachelors degree in Business Commerce or Science or Mathematics or Information Technology or alternative relevant field (the desired field of study is broad and may be non-traditional.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Corporate and Investment Banking with exceptional business knowledge and a thorough understanding of Global Markets products, trading patterns and client journeys. Experience working across multiple geographies with experience working with African markets required.
