We now need a talented and resourceful individual to help us fulfill our business objectives and build customer loyalty.Job PurposeTo develop the Direct Banking strategy for Business Banking, PBB SA in order to aggressively grow the customer base (i.e. acquisition through ecosystems).Accountable for the delivery of the Direct Banking client solutions, portfolio metrics and customer experience (in conjunction with Client Solutions teams).To monitor, guide and support provincial teams in the consistent adoption and application of the Direct Banking toolbox(es) across PBB SA.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Business Commerce DegreeA post graduate qualification e.g. Chartered Accountant, Honours or MBA.
Experience
8-10 years Extensive experience in Retail Banking and Business Banking, including the design and development of customer value propositions; identifying key drivers of income and cost lines.
