Job Description

You would be responsible for the start to end management and maintenance of the companys remuneration and rewards policies, procedures and programmes.Some duties include:Manage and maintain the Remuneration Strategy and Processes.Design, manage, Implement and Maintain the Total Rewards ProgramJob Evaluation and GradingEffective Communication and Monitoring of Total Rewards related activitiesCustomer Service and Stakeholder Management

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Minimum BCom Honours in relevant fieldSARA Accreditations beneficial

Experience

At least 10 to 15 years in remuneration positionAt least 5 years management experienceExposure to global remunerationProficient on SAGE
