Job PurposeThe Head of Organisational Effectiveness will join a multidisciplinary team in Group Human Resources (GHR). They will partner with business, cluster HR and GHR Centres of Excellence to enhance the overall employee experience. They will lead the Group’s Organisational Development practice and will also be responsible for contributing to the strategic development of the Group’s change and EVP practices.Job ResponsibilitiesInitiate and embed the Nedbank culture framework in alignment with Nedbank's strategic goals.Lead the enterprise strategic dialogue to create the required Nedbank culture.Initiate and embed the Nedbank leadership philosophy. Initiate and embed the Nedbank high performing team philosophy. Conceptualise and lead strategic leadership dialogue and initiatives. Renew the strategic leadership dialogue across the enterprise through the use of integrated organisational diagnostic tools. Ensure effective delivery of leadership and team initiatives in partnership with vendors.Establish capability framework and processes for enterprise OD community.Function as part of an integrated Organisational Effectiveness team and Group HR COE community to promote the integration of people practices with the aim of enhancing the employee experience.Establish and maintain relationships with group COE's and counterparts in other clusters to collaborate, share and influence overall organisation design, change, EVP, leadership, culture and employee experience strategies.Build a high performing team through effective resource and talent management.Actively build a culture of continuous improvement and create an environment whereby self and team are encouraged to challenge the status quo.Actively build a culture of client centricity.Initiate, participate and contribute to professional and business forums to share and obtain information and ideas, transfer knowledge and to create alignment and buy-in.Build OD capability across the enterprise.
Responsibilities + Skills
Masters in Industrial Psychology or relevant Degree
Professional Qualifications/Honours Degree/proven track record of previous experience
