RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Strategic management of divisions;
Staff Management;
Financial and Budget Management;
Student enrolment and administrative processes;
Faculty Frontline functions;
Stake Holder Management;
Meeting Management.

Responsibilities + Skills

Advanced experience in all aspects and processes of student administration of undergraduate and postgraduate students, from applications to graduation (life cycle of students);Experience in Distance Education student administration;Experience in all aspects and processes of student support services, that include: Bursary and Financial allocations, Student Accounts, General Financial and Budgeting Management, access cards, residence

Education

Relevant Bachelor degree;At least seven years proven experience and advanced knowledge of all student administration processes and procedures which include managerial or supervisory experience in academic or student administration;Management of formal meetings;

Experience

Strategic planning skills;Good interpersonal skills of working in an environment of diverse cultures and groups;Proof of proactive collaboration and support in team context;Negotiation skills;Good leadership skills;
