Job PurposeThe Head of Wealth Namibia is responsible for the overall direction of the Wealth Namibia business within Wealth and the contribution to the effective delivery against both the Wealth and Standard Bank Namibia strategies.This role will have direct accountability for all prudential matters and conduct of the Namibia business incorporating the required governance with oversight of financial performance.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesProvide Leadership to Wealth NamibiaTake a proactive role in the formulation of Wealth Namibia’s strategic objectives working in close collaboration with Standard Bank Namibia CE and Business Unit Heads.Review the strategic opportunities for the Wealth business areas including Wealth & Investment (High net worth individuals & families), International Personal Banking (IPB), Insurance (including advisory), Investments, Standard Executors & Trustees (SET) and other strategic projects.Ensure alignment of strategic direction, goals, growth initiatives and business objectives within the overall Wealth and Standard Bank strategy.

Support, lead and guide direct reports in order to embed client centricity in support of the Wealth strategy and ensure governance and compliance by doing business the right way.
