The incumbent for this position will be a single person who lives in (accommodation and board included in package) and is prepared to work varying scheduled hours in tune with the demands of the hospitality industry at a country hotel. Should have experience in similar situations, a driver’s licence and preferably own transport since the hotel is fairly isolated so this will be needed for time off, etc.Characteristics: must be a team player and work with other managers, as all duties intersect. Must be friendly and well-mannered and outgoing. Must be a good communicator and be tactful, responsible and mature in attitude.
