Silver Forest a 5 star Boutique Hotel seeks an experienced Supervisor for housekeeping. The correct candidate MUST Have a minimum of 3 years supervisory responsibility for housekeeping in a HOTEL environment. PLEASE DO NOT apply if you do NOT have Hotel housekeeping experience at a supervisors level.Ability to manage stockAbility to complete strict forms daily check lists and sign off the rooms to the highest standards especially in light of the Post Covid Crisis and the new procedures that will be requiredAbility to report to the owners with maintenance observations and concernsCustomer Service to the highest standardExcellent teamworkRecruitment of staff as required with strict training protocolsAbility to write operating procedures and implement them consistently.Knowledge of Laundry and how to get the best results for 400TC cotton white room linen.Highest attention to detail in all areasThe team will only consist of yourself and one other person following the Lockdown period as we rebuild the business hence the need to be skilled and capable and hands on in all areas.Remuneration will be discussed in interview.The ideal candidate will have their own transport and transport will not be an issue.
