ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis role is responsible for implementing and improving HR processes, practices and systems within the business unit. Advising management on the administration of HR policies and procedures and serving as internal consultant by pro-actively recommending suitable HR solutions.FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTSThe successful incumbent will be responsible for transactional and transformational human resource delivery within the business unit. Key accountabilities will include:HR Analytics, HR Governance & ComplianceRecruitment and on-boarding of employeesTalent Management & Performance Management DeliveryEmployee RelationsRemuneration and BenefitsStaff movements and separation of employeesIn-depth understanding of HR processes and implementation of suitable HR SolutionsOrganisational development and transformationChange managementEmployee engagementCustomer relationsLeadership development

Responsibilities + Skills

Proficient understanding of the HR value chainBasic understanding of the Management Consulting PrinciplesAdvanced understanding of HR Information Management and SAP HRAdvanced understanding of HR legislation and company policyProficient level of business understanding and skills

Education

A relevant B-degree / B Tech in HR or related qualificationDriver's license

Experience

2 4 years generalist HR experience, with:Proficient level of Talent Management skillBasic understanding of Organisational designProficient understanding of Change Management
