Job Description

The incumbent functions as a generalist and provides advice and consultation related to HumanResources methods and programmes. Duties include consultation with Divisions and provision ofbest practice processes regarding recruitment, training and development, remuneration matters,change management, transformation and employment equity, organisational development,talent and performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, employeewellness and general administrative duties. The incumbent will travel between the Durban andPietermaritzburg Centre.Minimum Requirements:Matric and a three year relevant degree; i.e. Human Resources Management or IndustrialPsychology

Five (5) years generalist human resources experience in a unionised environmentKnowledge and understanding of Human Resources theories and best practices
