Facilitate priority setting, project selection and integration in the organisation by providing guiding principles and architecture
Ensure alignment with emerging Technologies and possible recommendation of new technologies.
Deliver buisness tasks according to level of expertise to meet financial objectives.
Enable change in a functional area or across the relevant cluster through building and implementing effective change management into their proposed solution.
Generate buy-in and sponsorship through stakeholder engegement
Ensure smooth workflow by building and maintaining networks across business clusters
Contribute to projects through overseeing integration
Participate in projects phases outside their primary discipline
Contribute to deliverables that require integration and application across 2 or 3 disciplines through the application of the architecture lanscape
Lead the achievement of architecture solutions where collaboration across disciplines is required.
Lead and influence in more than one discipline though effecvite facilitation
