Job Description
Candidate Duties and Responsibilities:Compiling statistics Issuing of invoices for operational items. Handling of orders and goods received on SAP. Processing invoices for payment. Follow-up on outstanding invoices and orders. Stationery control and ordering. Liaison with suppliers. Administration of the fixed assets. Asset verification. Cash handling and controls Ad hoc tasks required by Financial Administration Manager
Responsibilities + Skills
(SAP) will serve as an advantage. Must be computer literate, Strong numerical planning and organising skills, Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Good communication skills
Education
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Experience of a hospital's financial system and ordering system
