It aims to understand the unique requirements of clients and offers a wide range of simple and affordable financial solutions that cover needs such as funeral insurance, savings for education, life cover and personal accident plans. In terms of the Sanlam Group Governance Policy, SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, which is part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group. There are four businesses within the SA Retail Mass cluster, namely; Group Benefits, Individual Life, Safrican Insurance and African Rainbow Life. What will you do?Develop and maintain relevant training interventions which supports the achievement of the Learning and Development objectives What will make you successful in this role?Providing support to the business by integrating technology into the curriculum and working with the business to successfully implement learning technologiesAssessing instructional needs within the business and identifying applicable solutions to enhance learningDevelopment of instructional content used to support online, blended and face-to-face learning interventionsAssisting with the development of web based and multimedia instructional materials to support learning and developmentDesigning, developing and delivering technical training on current technologies and new initiatives in the area of instructional technology through web-based tutorials, instructor-led and face-to-face workshops, remote web-conference sessions, and online self-paced training programs.Scoping and managing research and design projects as and when requiredDesigning training workshops in relation to content, structure and processRolling out of new training including pilots and train-the trainer sessionsMaintaining, updating and reviewing of existing training content Knowledge and SkillsComputer literacy
