Job Description
Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Test, configure and implement solutions (hardware and software)Maintain and repair barcoding equipment (e.g. printers and scanners)Troubleshoot solution failures or bugs (hardware and/or software related) and provide solutions to restore functionalityKeep records of repairs and fixes for future referenceOffer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize solution(s) correctlyProvide technical assistance and resolution as necessary

Ability to quickly grasp complex conceptsMust be able to work in a team environment but should also be able to work unsupervised
Education
Ability to use hand and power toolsThorough knowledge of computer systems and IT componentsExcellent troubleshooting skillsExcellent communication abilities
