mrpIT is looking for an individual who is passionate about problem solving, highly service orientated and who has excellent communication skills. This role will be based at our Head Office in Durban.
As an IT Support Technician you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end support on computers, devices, applications and related technologies in accordance with IT service level agreements. By partnering with end-users, you will ensure that all incidents are analysed, resolved, and reported back within the promised timeframes.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
Installing and maintaining IT hardware, standard software and specialised software as per SLA requirements.
Troubleshoots and resolves IT issues via phone, web, and in-person channels
Ensures all incidents are resolved against SLAs
First and second line support regarding hardware and software infrastructure
First line support for the Telephony Infrastructure
