A leading Uniform and protective wear manufacturer based in Roodepoort is looking a Office administrator to perform the below duties.Office Duties:Manages receptionarea and directing visitors to the relevant office/personnel.Carryingout clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails,and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos andpresentations.Coordinatingand managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule Attends workshops and conferences whenrequestedPerformingbookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, andbudget tracking.Maintaininggeneral office files, including job files, vendor files, and other filesrelated to the company’s operations.Purchasingoffice supplies, equipment, and furniture.Overseeingthe maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.Managesstaff TimesheetsSellingour products/services telephonically, no cold callingDevelopclear and effective written proposals/quotations for current andprospective customers.Performingother relevant duties when needed.
