Job Description
Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities will include:Payroll:End-to-end processing of company payroll for hourly employees (weekly and monthly).Updating and maintaining payroll system (VIP and Uniclox) and records, including employee details.Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries.Maintaining and monitoring leave, sick leave and overtime for hourly employees.Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.Complying with relevant legislation and regulations.Calculation and processing of termination payments.Processing of increases and calculation of back pays.Calculation and processing of annual bonuses.Report printing and filing for statutory return submissions.Reconciliation of payroll each week-/month-end.Administer garnishee, maintenance, advance and loan deductions.Checking of data capturing of hours worked, that are direct job related, from timesheets on accounting system to ensure accurate job costing and stock valuation.General payroll administration.Filing of all payroll related documentation.
