Duties include but not limited to:Responsible for all travel administration for staff and executivesResponsible for Domestic flights, Accommodation and Car HireAdminister all related visa documentation for internal staffAdminister traveler profilesDistributes tickets along with confirmations via outlookResearching optimal travel alternativesEnsures that Travel arrangement deadlines are metFollow up with suppliers regarding billing and quotation queriesAdminister all supplier and contractor agreementsWeekly and monthly finance reconciliationsAny other ad hoc duties that may be required

Matric/Grade 12 or equivalent is essentialRelevant certificate, diploma or degreeImmunization requirements will be an advantage
