Job Details Information Technology: systems development, business analysis, architecture, project management, data warehousing, infrastructure, maintenance and productionJob PurposeTo design plan and oversee the execution of organisational change management activities that will transition Group Technology from a current state to a desired future state supporting the desired business objectives.To create a culture that supports organisational transformation objectives in GT by developing and implementing proven standards, frameworks and toolbox to guide execution ofGroup Technology strategic programmes, organisational change and culture initiatives across all geographiesKey Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesStrategy:Establish and drive effective Organisational change practice by developing and implementing proven standards, frameworks and toolbox to guide execution of Group Technology Strategy and Transformation programmes across the GroupDevelop and implement Group Technology change strategy, covering integrated change strategies, interventions and initiatives for effecting change, managing change and supporting people to adapt to change in support of the Group Technology strategy and its associated transformation programmes, in consultation and collaboration with Group Technology Human Capital.Apply consistent and integrated knowledge, skills, abilities, methodologies and principles to transition Group Technology from a current to a desired future state, such that the desired outcomes/or business objectives are achievedDesign a communication strategy in support of the change strategy for Group Technology and develop and disseminate communications and stakeholder relations plans for ongoing change efforts, delivering on the integrated change communications plan for Group Technology in consultation and collaboration with Group Technology Human CapitalContribute to the definition of the desired culture for Group Technology through the design of proven change standards and best practice and leading the change agenda across strategy and transformation programmesIdentify the behaviours to change in order to transform the culture of Group Technology and define and develop action plans to change identified behaviours, in consultation with the Human Capital function and other key stakeholdersFormulate plans and messages to communicate and inculcate the desired culture and target state for Change per horizonDefine and implement a model for the measurement of success for the cultural transformation initiatives and change effectiveness measures (in conjunction with other Transformation programme leaders) to track, measure and report on successful execution.Direct and guide the efforts of 3rd party suppliers and external strategic partners involved i
