Job PurposeTo provide specialist consulting services in the process of sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and on-boarding new employees to NCIB Markets and NCIB Property Finance (PF). To research, locate and qualify individuals for prospective employment opportunities within the respective Divisions. To provide subject matter expertise (SME) by establishing thought leadership on Talent acquisition.Job ResponsibilitiesManaged Projects and Systems•Provide Talent Acquisition Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and consulting/advisory services to business and key stakeholders.•Research current and future trends and ensure best practice in Talent Acquisition within Markets and PF in terms of systems, processes and practices.•Develop and enhance Talent Acquisition strategies, policies and processes including executive search, permanent recruitment and temporary recruitment in collaboration with key stakeholders.•Develop, enhance, maintain and implement recruitment systems contributing to process improvement.Managed Relationships•Collaborate and manage relationships with internal and external vendors through formal and informal engagement platforms.•Inform decision making by managing relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with preferred vendors and present data/MIS on the usage of preferred vendors to the clusters.Managed Internal Processes•Develop and monitor project plans by scoping and tracking activities against project plan deliverables.•Ensure that resource utilisation for project workloads are managed according to schedule.•Ensure that contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are developed together with Group Legal and that all preferred vendors have contracts in place.•Ensure good governance and fairness of applications between Talent Acquisition processes within Markets and PF.•Research and apply best practice methodology on Talent Acquisition tools, systems and MI data capturing.•Conducting trend analysis by collecting information and attempting to spot a pattern, or trend, in the information.•Incorporate and align Talent Management principles and systems into Talent Acquisition practices.•Incorporate effective Workforce Planning into Talent Acquisition practices.•Ensure an integrated Talent Acquisition approach by Investigating processes within the Talent Management life cycle that can be enhanced.•Update and maintain Talent Acquisition related policies and procedures in line with legislative amendments.

Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
5 years experience in recruitment and placing of talent
