The Foschini Group (TFG) is looking to hire a Learning Facilitator to join our Systems Learning team, to take responsibility for the training role and to provide regular, ongoing training on a variety of existing systems and technologies, as well as training on a variety of IT projects/implementations.

Your responsibilities will include:
Apply the ADDIE principle for Learning & Development
Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify and describe target population characteristics
Define and sequence the instructional content and strategies
Design and deliver a curriculum for facilitator-led and | online learning
Develop static and | or digital content (including lesson plans, storyboards, etc.)
Apply tested instructional design theories, practice and methods
Create engaging learning activities that reflect the diversity of learners
Develop evaluation and assessment of the instruction and its impact
Administer all logistics relating to learning delivery
Develop and manage training & communication plans
Evaluate skills transfer (post-implementation)
Responsibilities + Skills
Experience in digital learning is preferredA firm understanding of adult learning stylesAn affinity for InnovationExcellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills
