Job PurposeWe are looking for a digital / multimedia designer, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with all areas of design and development of learning, including video/animation and web, as well as curation of content and managing of digital learning platforms for Nedgroup Investments.Job ResponsibilitiesManage content, deployment of content and adoption of digital learning of the Wealth-e-Academy Portal through collaboration with the Wealth Cluster OE team.Curate content from various sources and in various formats according to business requirements, which could include stand alone as well as curriculum-based learningOwn the digital design capability and creative output across all digital channels for the Wealth ClusterBuild digital learning design capability in the OE team and Learning COP for NGI and the Wealth ClusterKeep up to date with current and emerging trends and technologiesInfluence user experience within the design process – continuously monitoring data on user behaviour, preferences to adapt solutions as necessary

Responsibilities + Skills

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior CertificateAdvanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees


Build and grow internal relationships within the team, the line business and with SME teams across NedbankSeek out opportunities for self-development


Conducting root cause analysisAnalysing situations or data that require an in depth evaluation of multiple factorsDesigned and Developed Learning Intervention
