JD Specialized Recruitment is currently assisting an intimate 5* Lodge in Limpopo to recruit a LODGE MANAGER/HEAD FIELD GUIDE COUPLE to join their team.Partner - Lodge ManagerDiploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent beneficial.At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a similar 5* bush LodgeGuest centric, eye for detail and extremely high standards of service.Good financial acumen and stock management experience.Ability to lead and direct a team to deliver outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities + Skills
Excellent communication skills in English Both written and spoken.Staff training skills essential.Understanding of FOH, guest relations, human resources and BOH procedures.
Education
Strong Computer literacy skills and PMS/Point of Sales experience.Highly organized and results driven.Sound employment history with contactable references
