Candidate Duties/ Responsibilities:Welcoming and greeting guests in a manner that creates a favourable first impressionEnsure an efficient reception experience for Guests - check in /out audit proceduresAchieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient mannerAnswering the calls in a professional and friendly manner and redirect as appropriateConvey knowledge of our game drives, picnics, entertainment, packages, promotions and use up-selling techniques to promote lodge services and facilitiesUse the correct procedure regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the lodge credit policyEnsure that the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
Responsibilities + Skills
1 - 3 year's previous experience in a customer focused industry with contactable landline referencesA sunny and positive attitude with excellent communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceThe ability to work accurately individually and as part of a teamWell presented with excellent grooming standards
Education
Grade 12 CertificateSouth African Identity Document/valid driver's licenseOpera knowledge is essential/Word and Excel spreadsheets
