Job PurposeThe Administrator acts as a support to the area from a daily incoming communication and liaison for all administrative assistance.Be the vital contact between all new and potential loss adjusters and assessors who would want to apply onto the NEDIC Panel of Service Providers.Co-ordination by distribution of panel application forms, initial sifting of potential applications and collation of information for presentation to Supply Committee meetings.Applying good communication / negotiation skills at all levels.The Administrator will develop and maintain / manage the Assessing and Support Services dashboard and be responsible for reporting and Service Level Agreement management. This will require developing and lead real time indicators to identify non-compliance to agreed service standards.Job ResponsibilitiesScreening incoming telephone calls.Diary management.Typing of letters, reports and presentations.Liaise with IT Department in respect of PC equipment repairs/replacement on behalf of Internal Assessor.Collation of Internal Assessor monthly expense submissions.Responding to e-mail correspondence.Monitor action points in respect of Assessing/Claims queries.
Responsibilities + Skills
A broad knowledge of systems applications and experience together with good verbal and written communication skills.Short term Insurance experience would be an advantagAt least 3 years support role experience and/or extensive appropriate work experience.Data analysis experience.
Collating the monthly internal assessor performance statistics.Providing all relevant monthly MIS for reporting at Manco meeting.Collation and submission of Change Requests to IT area for all new development requirementsEssential Qualifications - NQF Level
