A luxury hospitality portfolio in Franschhoek, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrator who will be responsible for the coordinating of the administration processes of the department and the maintaining of asset registers and maintenance schedules, while liaising with suppliers. The successful candidate must be an efficient, solution-driven individual, who has excellent administration and communication skills.Logging of all maintenance calls and requests.Coordinating with maintenance teams on all responses to requests and issues.Maintaining of the portfolios asset registerMaintaining of the maintenance and service scheduleFollowing up on completion times and providing progress reportsCollecting quotations and raising purchase ordersLiaise with the suppliers and contractorsAssisting the Maintenance Manager and Supervisors with daily duties

Education
Able to work under pressureCovid-19 vaccination mandatory
Experience
At least 5 years experience in Administrative role, preferable in maintenance, stock or warehousingExcellent communication skillsComputer Literate (Microsoft Word & Excel & Outlook)Must work in structured and organized manner
