Job Description:Safety - ensure that OHS Act and the company safety rules is adhered to within the area of responsibility.Ensure machine availability and reliability as per set standard.Responsible for allocation of daily and weekly tasks of staff.Ensure the condition monitoring of all machines and the completion of all related documentation are done.Ensure the completion of all Quality and BRC related documents.Assist and support artisans with problem solving.Scheduling the pre-planned jobs for maintenance on machines.Ensure production housekeeping standards are achieved and maintained.Ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the planned maintenance system.Ensure the compliance and effectiveness of the lubrication program.Purchasing of all parts required for maintenance.Liaise with suppliers.Maintain spares inventory.Capturing of all maintenance docs and maintain records.Training and development of employees.Enforce discipline.Investigate and present improvement plans.Ensure that all documentation is current and up to date.Ensure that lean manufacturing information is captured and the system working.

Experience
3 5 Years experience in the role of a ForemanPrevious experience in Printing and Packaging is an advantage.Able bodied and capable of physical work.Demonstrated people and leadership skills.
