Maintenance Manager ( LIVE IN ONSITE)

Job Description

DESCRIPTION ( MUST BE ABLE TO LIVE ON SITE)We are looking for a live in onsite facilities manager a job role that is responsible for making sure that the building/s and their services meet the needs of SES. Facilities managers are responsible to look after assets and are accountable for services such as health & safety, cleaning, security, maintenance and to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable condition to work. They also manage any building maintenance with things like plumbing, heating and air conditioning. Facility managers also ensure that these properties comply with all applicable regulations. Recommending and coordinating improvements to the property as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space.

Responsibilities + Skills

Education

Building technical skillsManagement experienceRelevant tertiary qualification within the building/property industryEngineering, Real Estate or business management qualification will be advantageous

Experience

Strong leadership skillsMaintenance experienceCleaning experienceUnderstanding of building codes and safety regulations,
