These campaigns span across all channels (e.g., physical and digital)To manage the planning and coordination and any other aspects of data execution and measurement for direct campaigns within a specific portfolio, across all traditional channels (email, SMS, Direct Mail and Call Centres). In conjunction with this, to manage the incorporation of digital offers for e-Commerce requirements across Personal and Business Banking South Africa (PBB SA)Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesCampaign project management• Sets up the necessary meetings, takes ownership of compiling the campaign documentation and obtains the necessary sign-off from all stakeholders. Thereafter, co-ordinates with all parties in the value chain to ensure smooth execution.• Plans and manages the end-to-end campaign process, for Direct Campaign Initiatives within the specified portfolio, in support and in response to briefs from business.• Plans and executes a portfolio of campaigns which are allocated according to the marketing calendar.• Drafts, updates and takes ownership of the direct marketing campaign charter.• Obtains key information from the campaign brief or from the marketing calendar for repeat campaigns and completes the correct campaign document.• Obtains all other relevant information from the relevant stakeholders. Meets with relevant stakeholders in order to gain further input into the planning and definition of a campaign.
Responsibilities + Skills
Ensures that testing of communication content and formatting is done and obtains sign-off for test emails, sms, mms, direct mail. Briefs execution channels on upcoming campaigns. Ensures that data is delivered to the relevant channels as per agreed timelines.
Co-ordinates tasks between the marketing manager and the rest of the value chain. Accountability remains with Marketing for content and delivery of the creative component. Ensures the data selection process is synchronised with the creative output. Ensures that all checking of sample data is done and signed-off by stakeholders.
