Job Details Our international team provides trading, sales, structuring and risk management solutions for our clients across global financial markets. This includes FX, commodities, equity, credit, fixed income and debt instruments. We also offer market insight, trading services, analytics and new financial products across a number of asset classes.Job PurposeTo manage the provision of a client centric post sales service delivery to the Global Markets (GM) low, medium and high touch client base, ensuring the delivery of a seamless and consistent client experience. To optimise the client experience across GM, improve GM platform utilisation and minimise risk and losses to the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB).

Responsibilities + Skills

Understand and effectively implement all applicable policies, processes, procedures and work instructions, prescribed tools, templates and systems so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner and all relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service, and while mitigating operational and reputational risk.

Education

Maintain up to date knowledge of all GM Flow platforms and products, including their capabilities, functionality and their application. Use this knowledge to accurately and effectively onboard, train and manage client incidents.
