Job PurposeTo lead and manage the Direct CST capability in a Province; to deliver the Provincial Direct CST capability value proposition for Enterprise Direct and / or Prestige Direct.To support the Head, Direct CST to drive and deliver a value adding sales and service solutions directed by the Direct CST value proposition, that will grow the customer base.To ensure the day-to-day Direct CST operations managed through effective coordination between all value chain functions (i.e. catchments, ecosystems, segment, credit, collections, etc).To cascade segment strategies and risk appetites in customising Direct CST propositions across the various segments (Prestige CST and SE Lifestyle CST.)Builds and develops resources and environments to enable teams to achieve its desired vision. Responsible for the facilitation of teams’ outcomes by removing obstacles.
Responsibilities + Skills
Prepares a consolidated view of value demand versus failure demand to determine where the system needs to change to eliminate failure demand.
Reviewing and analysing data daily to understand the performance of the team and determining what to act on.
