Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation of Learning practices, policies, strategies, related initiatives and processes relating to learning within the Division/Area as per requirements received from HR Business Partners
  • Provide strategic support and operational services, including business risk assessments relating to Learning within the Division/Area as per requirements from HR Business Partners
  • Manage all functional operations based resources – Human, Financial & Scorecards
  • Assure the projects are implemented as defined per policy and processes relating to Learning within the Division/Area
