Job PurposeTo integrate several trade capabilities (i.e. Exports/Imports, Digital Commodities, Digital Solutions) through ecosystems in order to promote customer, financial and commercial outcomes across PBB in order to grow trade market share between the Africa China corridor.To build the PBB Trade toolbox (e.g. import, export and travel propositions) and guide countries on implementation.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesDelivers on client import, export and travel needs through the provision of relevant propositions and guides countries on implementation in order to grow the trade market share between Africa and China.Leverages client insights through country teams and market research, and creates solutions tailored to client’s needs. Digitising Trade requires new thinking, ideating and testing, coupled with thorough research and understanding of the market.Guided by the PBB Africa China Banking, Pan Africa objectives as it relates to trade; CIB Trade toolbox and propositions, and PBB Country trade objectives. Relies on own knowledge and experience of trade and the bank’s products, services and systemsExport solutions and related products; Development of other solutions within exports like digital commodities; Digitising of Trade related solutions; shaping related strategies for TradeDevelops the export and digital channel framework for management approval. Decides on the content of the PBB Trade toolbox with input from management.
