Job PurposeTo manage and oversee a team of quantitative analysts in order to facilitate world class collections and recoveries analytics and risk management. Provide input into strategic collections and recoveries objectives and ensure delivery thereof. Work closely with the Collections and Recoveries teams to align strategies, expectations and measurements. Provide analytical support to the Debt Counselling and Nedbank Retail Recoveries areas.
