We now need a talented and resourceful individual to help us fulfill our business objectives and build customer loyalty.Job PurposeTo form part of a team of specialists to create advanced customer, account, transactional and geographic insights and quantitative analytics.To create and continuously improve the Visual Analytics infrastructure.To contribute and execute on the projects defined to model and predict key parameters, trends and behaviour to support PBB SA in their strategic and tactical initiatives.Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesQuantitative analytics•Provides pro-active and reactive insightful and impactful strategic and tactical quantitative analytics input for PBB SA, (e.g. tiering, high-growth, customer profiling, strategic segmentations, segment and sector-related analytics).•Follows a clearly defined methodology for business problem solving with data driven insights and analytics.•Develops statistical and mathematical models to understand the key trends and behaviours for PBB SA customers across channel, product, segment and industry.•Delivers high-quality customer insights for analytical CRM (Customer Relationship Management) by means of propensity modelling and/or event triggers analytics; drives the implementation in the channel network and direct marketing campaigns.

Development of new features in the datamart.Quality assurance and testing.All financial information recon back to PMT financials.
