Job Details Risk Management: understanding all risks – from the economic to the political – that could affect our global business, and offering guidance to all parts of the bankJob PurposeThe main purpose of the role is to assist with the investigation and design of collections strategies, people and processes with regards to Collections capabilities in Africa Regions.To assist countries with impairment performance managementTo ensure that countries have adequate collections capabilities and systems to manage and reduce impairments by minimising provisions raised and remaining within Risk Appetite.Assist with the risk mitigation in line with the IFRS9 model.Advise and provide action plans to ensure clean audit requirements and no repeat findingsThe incumbent needs to have a good understanding of the business in the relevant area and be able to assist the business area with advice on required process changes or any system related problems to optimise Collection efficiencies.Comply with Governance in line with the Group Credit Policy

Minimum Qualification: First Degree Field of study: Risk Management/Matric and relevant tertiary qualifications. Collections certificates, Credit certificates, Risk certificates. 5 years people management
