The job purpose includes:The RCM Manager role forms an integral function to assist business from a 1st line of defence perspectivePerforms the role of being the Key liaison for reviews with internal and external auditorsThe core function of the RCM Manager is to discharge the below:to set the compliance and regulatory standard within businessprovide guidance and awareness of policies, standard and processes to businessto document the Risk Management Programme and Compliance Risk Management Programme for core legislation. To further document adhoc controlsto conduct regular monitoring to ensure that business adheres to its compliance related objectives controls, processes and procedures.In line with WI’s Digital Strategy, the RCM Manager is responsible to automate the monitoring function. This will assist with all work being checked daily on a 100% review and will be managed by exception.
