Job DescriptionA dynamic and innovative property development company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing and communications manager. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills and a thorough knowledge of best practice marketing and brand development principles across all channels of communication including but not limited to offline, online, traditional, and non-traditional platforms. Tertiary marketing qualification and a minimum of eight years' experience in a marketing role, will secure the candidate an interview. The position will report directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for: Developing and implementing integrated, strategically aligned marketing solutions including PR, written communications, sales campaigns, social media, and brand projects. Setting the annual marketing budget and controlling marketing expenditure and ROI. Providing specialist marketing advice to senior management. Managing, coordinating and leveraging key partnerships internally and externally with community managers and agencies. The ideal candidate must be a team player who demonstrates the ability to work through periods of high demand and think out of the box. Assertiveness, creativity, good organizational skills and excellent written and verbal communication are critical to this role.
