We offer market-related benefits, a great work environment and a promise that you won't be bored as long as you're up for a challenge and want to be part of building something great.Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your responsibilities will include:Manage the design studio and ensure the smooth running of the creative teams' workflow and administrative processes.Oversee the pipeline of work across the various marketing departments and/or other business units.Providing creative input and being actively involved in the conceptualisation of ideas and campaignsManage project budgets, conducting timely reconciliations with the Head of MarketingMaintain accurate records of all creative assets and ensure the correct filing and version management.Ensure that the chosen project management tool is used accurately, that all briefs are uploaded with the correct information and any potential issues are highlighted to the various marketing departments and/or Head of Marketing.Maintain a black book of freelance contacts including specialists across creative, design, production, operations, digital & social, trade & experiential, planning and post-production.Oversee the production of all creative work and ensure the on time and in full delivery of material.Be a guardian of the brand. Work with brand teams and brand managers to ensure that all artwork produced follows brand guidelines and making changes where necessary.Ensure that all required departments and suppliers including the external agency are aware of the DNA brand guidelines directing them to the online brand guidelines. Knowledge, skills and experienceExcellent design management experience of workflows, kit, capabilities and specialisms.Proactive, always looking to streamline production, make efficiencies, avoid duplication. Not afraid to put a case together for better and more focused workflows.Run budgets with transparency, managing risks and escalating concerns.Able to balance the creative goals with the principle of efficient and well-planned production.
