IntroductionTo promote and deliver professional, commercially viable and quality clinic services in compliance with South African Nursing Council regulations and company standards.Job description â–ª Manage a commercially viable clinic in line with company guidelinesâ–ª Provide lifestyle management screening testsâ–ª Conduct “Well Baby” clinics, including health immunisations and baby health monitoringâ–ª Offer and provide reproductive health servicesâ–ª Provide adult immunisationsâ–ª Provide Primary Health Care e.g. minor ailments and wound careâ–ª Render a Phlebotomy Serviceâ–ª Compile professional, stock and financial management reportsâ–ª Manage medical waste, ensure a safe environment and safety precautions are takenâ–ª Manage adverse events and emergenciesâ–ª Counsel and advise patients on health information, weight management and refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriateâ–ª Plan and implement “Health Days” and other projectsâ–ª Develop health professional networks

Ensures SANC registration and indemnity up to date Establishes locum network and arranges locums Implements and conducts self-audit tool Time management
Education
Administration and reporting to ensure efficient running of the clinic as per company policy and processes Ensures payment for services received by ensuring controls in place and adhered to Manages, monitors and orders clinic services stock and equipment, along with prevention of loss and shrinkage and monitoring cold chain
Experience
3 year diploma in nursing or the 4 year degree A minimum of 3 years practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplines, preferably Community Health, Primary Health and Midwifery
